Record of decision listed on investor presentation was Q1 2024. But hes stated BLM decision in first half 2024. It could still fall Q1 2024. But idk, if it was me I would not have communicated it like this and been more specific. To open it up to the potential further delay at this point isnt good.
Id hope for holders sake that they still expect it Q1 2024 without further delay.
This company has been dragged through everything, how long until they get the final permit.....
Its good they had BLM allow for several holes drilled for final pitt design, bodes well. Guess we will see in the new year or half way through it the outcome.
