1)caliber and greed index of management and bod
2)proj quality and
3)location, location, location
As part of criterion #1, you’d have to look at how they’re taking money. Imo for any early stage or microcap explorer, if any of the team is pocketing more than $200k is a red flag. I know of one who was taking $500k salary in a lithium explorer with no advanced Proj and mcap of $10m and unsurprisingly he’s been ejected
Enter rr1, I hope they’ll maintain this frugality and wait until they’ll make a discovery before rewarding themselves. This is a good sign folks that the team is making a sacrifice with little salary and more about finding an initial company maker
