Not sure it really matters, They were never in a position to capitalise on a consolidation, they would have been far better off waiting until this year to consolidate when they were further progressed in negotiations on funding etc. It was never well supported by the SH''s at the last AGM, and all their concerns were realised this year. the whole board is now responsible. Id hate to see the board shaken, but you cant reward the directors this year in any way. they have only achieved what they were likely to achieve, and the results are the current SP of which is now close to half of 1c pre consolidation.
