Not long ago PC previously stated in a video presentation that we have made a commitment to have finance in place by the end of September and we will meet that commitment. He didn't say "we hope to......we are confident.....we will do our best.....we are doing everything possible....subject to world events and graphite prices etc etc". He clearly stated that it will happen. To me that was a message you could only deliver if it was basically a done deal.

As a long term holder, it if doesn't happened as promised I see this worse than previous lost promises over the years because of the wording used to deliver the message was one of not failing. If an announcement doesn't happen Monday I sadly see it as a huge loss of credibility. Further promises and new time lines won't cut it.
