lol there is no on-going $43m of cash on the balance sheet. That $43m is for the payment of regular and one of 25c special dividend!.
You need to look at the liabilities side of the balance sheet which has this disclosed, otherwise you are looking at only one side of the picture!!!
Going forward the quarterly dividend is only 1.3c a share and this will be cut further in FY25 when discolsed tenancy leases finish and the tenant has confirmed they are leaving and not renewing!!!
That's less than a 5% yield on current share price!!! and dropping again next year!!!
