lol share price continuing to tank, the rest of the REIT sector has staged some form of price recovery but not AOF and no wonder, a quarterly dividend of only 1.3c per quarter, and the exit of a major tenant in one of their properties, and another major property with zero tenancy!!! That 1.3c per qtr dividend will be cut come the sept dividend next year with the exit of the major tenant.
Like I said above, first out of the fire door is the winner!!!
