Someone keeps playing with the opening price.
Today before Open there was a buy of 84,999 shares at 8c
And sells below that of 85,000
resulting in a real sale of one share (assuming it is the same person selling and buying) or someone selling just a few to stop an increased price occurring.
What does that achieve??
