I think it's illegal to hold on to any results once you have had time to interpret them.
I think you specify to the lab if you want progressive, batch, or whole results.
Surely the lab could update the company as to when assays should be received if delayed and then be passed on via an asx release.
Of course who polices such things is a mystery to me and if it's like other regulators then lol!
