If the CR at 6 with a free option that’s a complete shafting for current holders and put a cap on the sp for an extended period to clear the placement and sit on the options for cream. Why are Management not obligated to update shareholders what going on. I have heard every excuse under the sun why but in the meantime the SP has been absolutely decimated.
