"The net asset position decreased from $36,641,000 as at 30 June 2022 to $15,475,000 as at 30 June 2023, with $18,215,000
held in cash and cash equivalents." Some of this is due to RKN dropping in price, but still not great.

Also, excluding RKN special dividend we were -$11 million in cash deficit. With $18 mill in the bank, we better see this "cash flow positivity" they've been rambling on about for 12 months come to fruition... or else..

I don't think we see cash flow positive in the next 12 months. They're statements still say "The Directors are planning for the business to reduce net operating cash outflows during FY24 by increasing cash receipts from customers in order to work towards positive future operating cash flow"

Doesn't seem there's much of a plan to get it under wraps.

Peter Cook pocketed $1.2 (Up 400K on the 22FY) million dollars from the business last FY.. for a business that desperately needs that million lol... very nice... Too bad all their options are worthless....

So, for a business trying to achieve cash flow positivity, our cash receipts when up $16,000 this FY, but so did our payments of $16,000..... that is not sustainable at all, such poor form (obviously there's more ins and outs then this for cash flow, but at the crux of the business, it's not sustainable)

ATX Has gone to the SHITTER:Novatti purchased ATX in January 2022. In the span of 6 months, they contributed $5 million of sales revenue to the Novatti Group.

For the ENTIRE 2023FY, ATX contributed $5 million of sales revenue to the Novatti Group. Yikes this acquisition sucked. It's already dropped its revenue significantly in such a short time. YIKES.
