I do not get it.
In the magnetic images (published by Chalice) the intrusion sticks out like DB's
I imagined that for a company that presumably is knee deep in geologists finding the source would have been a doddle - but clearly it isnt.
For example did the magma intrude from north to south or south to north or was ground zero somewhere around Baudin and the magma intruded in both directions or did it all come from Gonneville?
There is a big dogleg in the intrusion around Baudin that to me looks like a likely prospect.
Also below Baudin there is a lot of broken ground - ground that suggests to me that it may have been the site of an upheaval at some point.
Unfortunately I do not know any geologists to whom I can put these questions.
