Totally agree - that's why I believe the Top 20 list is a different date than 20 Sept. I believe the Top 20 list is as at some point in time between 30 June 2023 and 6 Sept 2023.
Having said that, based on the listing rules, they can backdate their Top 20 list to 6 weeks prior to the release of the annual report, which would take us back to 18 August 2023, which was before Gina's significant buy of 59m shares on 7 September. That would however beg the question why they would use a different date between the 2 disclosures. (Top 20 vs Significant holding). We know that the significant holding list is as at 20 Sept because the announcement says so.
