Last application for quotation of shares issued on 8th Aug clearly states what is available and must be produced each time a raise is completed as shown below.
Note your figure of 915M assumes all options are converted to shares. Currently only 847M SOI. The ones that are dangerous are the 24.5M issued at NIL Value. All others will have some cost associated with them before shares are issued and registered.
Annual report only has to legally report what was issued as of 30th June 2023. anything after this date won't appear until the following year. On page of 49 of the report it shows the movement in shares completely (reproduced below) and then explains Rights and options on issues plus movements etc. if one wants to investigate this detail. Usually people struggle to look through this data as it doesn't mean much to them unless they have a basic understanding of accounting or are an engineer like me that like to get stuck into the detail.
