    Good to know. I guess UEC and PEN just weren't ready. So, at a later stage that option could come back on the table if UEC decide they are able to and if PEN decide too. Such an option in the future could reduce dilution during the short term. I'm sure PEN won't close that door completely if it's available to them down the track. Imho.
