My theory is Dicko was intentionally brought in (due to his checkered history) to help facilitate the Chairman's rug pull of his "wifes" shares... a bit of the old look the other way while I do this
The fact that Stu's still there screams of a sleazy handshake deal
Then you gotta look at the directors raiding the kitty with these pay outs
I mean at the end of the day, who wouldn't take the job... you had over $100M in an account to play with... Bi monthly board meetings and webinars and maybe the odd conference, easy pay day..... and don't worry about re-locating mate, we'll just move the headquarters over to you - stuff the existing million dollar lease...... couldn't make this up if I tried
