still think its pretty obvious... how else would the board approve the chairman to unload so many shares when he knew that rigirous update would destroy the SP ---- Steve had a much more valid excuse to dump his shares
and before holders clamour to Stu's defence saying "he wouldn't have known".... c'mon now, if even the regulars in HC knew the state of things with limited info, the chairman would've definitely known
