I get the sentiment. But have you tried to hire geo's recently? Or an MD?
There is no way you are going get geo's working for you if you are paying $100k a year.
Grads these days are on anywhere from $110-130k a year.
So whilst I get the sentiment, I feel it's a little disingenuous to paint high salaries as a problem unique only to OAR. I doubt they are paying above what could be considered "market rate".
