it was rumoured by some that the "uncondtional" line of credit was infact linked to the share price , which some pundits beleived was 10 cents?? If u go back , when the LOC was anounced the shareprice spiked to 10 cents and after the announcment went back to circa 6 cents iirc and never reached the dizzy heights of 10 again and the loan was kinda not touched from that point ...all circumstantial and probably nothing , but nothing is what it seems with this mob . As for directors guarantees , gee thats a big gamble .
