It says exactly what it means and means exactly what it says. There is zero obfuscating.

In the short term they don't expect to generate income.

Longer term, pending a successful development outcome, this could increase shareholder value by many multiples. There is nothing in that that we don't already know.

At this point they have no deals or revenue but a few prospective things in the works that COULD yield great returns.

There are no guarantees here. It is a speculative play. You can enter now and go for the greater risk vs reward proposition or wait until something is in the money so to speak for less reward but a little more security.

Investment decisions are our own and we must do what we think is best for ourselves taking in personal risk tolerance.

Further to that, then taking responsibility for those decisions.
