Anyone else think Monil Shah renumeration is a bit rich..?
He gets $190K bonus for signing a pre clinical partnership for OnCARlytic's. That was it to meet his KPI.
Current T cell therapy can only go after blood cancers. I cant see the difficultly or "work" required to get a partner for mouse models on solid tumours. And correct me if I am wrong, but aren't we covering our own costs in this partnership?
Given his $595K static salary. In my opinion if he hasn't generated any revenue for the company he should not be inline to receive a bonus.
He's also paid in a fixed USD amount. If the Ozzie tumbles he'll end up getting more then Leslie at this rate.
Hate to think what his bonus would be if he actually signs a commercial deal.
