Ann: Annual Report to shareholders, page-2

The first thing I have noticed in the Annual Report is this bunch of jokers who allegedly "direct" this Company in their capacity as "Directors" held a whopping 1 (that is not a typo) Board meeting in FY23.
For that they appear to have received $48,000 apiece of the shareholders funds.
You have got to be kidding me.
One...single...Board meeting. Absolutely extraordinary.
They dont even have any seperate Board committees - corporate governance par excellence

Um, wtf
All that effort to lose another $14m !

And sorry sluggzys and Rahszzle dazzle but accumulated losses grew again to over $130m so your laughable aniticipation of dividends just got a bit more unrealistic.
