Vald has alot riding SRN Victory bore vanadium project. Looking at all PR that PB did since he joined board Vald would been hoping share price closer to 3 cent range or market capital around $40M. Now I think they wait PFS if all stack up probably do formal deal Saudi probably include CR, don't think Vald consider rasing capitial here shares languishing 1.5 cents and Vanadium companies in general has had tough year. I think if shares was around 3 cents probaby wound of raise few million dollars here. Now wait for PFS due in November. Interesting few months see how it play out.
