It looks like Iron Bridge is causing all the pain with Simpec. If they can complete this project without dragging the rest of the company down then pricing should improve in the coming years and operating profit should head back above 5% (although they may have to take a revenue hit to ensure profitability). The trouble at the moment is if the need arises for a capital raise they will not have the market cap to raise the required funds.
