Apparently they're in advanced negotiations with some idiots for a cap raise of $2.5m.

This is simply impossible to believe after reading the annual report, so I very much doubt this statement.

And the Company even suggesting at "scaling down" it's operations in order to reduce expenditure. What's there to "scale down"?

Look at the director compensation, then look at the rest of the expenditure, then look at the revenue. They will be delisted imminently, IMO.

All 30+ million options will expire, so no cash inflow from those either.

I feel sorry for those top 20 holders not associated with the directors or in direct affiliation with the company.



I wish good luck to whoever is still holding, fingers crossed they can get some money out before they cease to exist.
