That's a bit harsh he was correct with a rerate it just was negative rerate where SP is now ~29% of what it was.
The buy rate might be changed but he started at 7c and also added heavily a bit higher than the current SP (maybe 14/15c?) so i would say he is well under. Rather than 10x might be more 3/10.
