Neurizer has compiled and provided the required documentation....(tick? Not quite). Once FINAL documentation has been completed, works on the ground can start.

so there are still at least two gates to pass through before "work" can start. Hopefully this work attracts fees, but they are still lacing up their boots as far as I can tell.
