I don't think there's been any misconduct Simon, but has this company been able to achieve the best outcomes for shareholders?
It can't if the Board node their heads, and the boys club isn't held accountable..
As some have already suggested the AGM is coming up. No point people complaining and not taking any action and expecting things to change by themselves. It all starts with the Remuneration Report, I suggest everyone makes their vote count and attend the AGM (online).
