Your wrong about Adrian’s head rolling as you keep alluding to!
Defiantly a stock that has required a lot of patience and anyone who bought in high is obviously bleeding right.
The only positive to waiting for the Agriculture and Capricorn to begin the start of something special, is that we have had plenty of time to sell if we don’t believe in the company; or plenty of time to load up if you believe.
What one are you?
I’m very confident we will prevail and shortly, so no guess which path I took.
But to say Adrian’s head will roll, suggests you don’t actually know how a vote would play out:
You get one vote for every share you hold.
So Adrian, his family and the directors hold majority of the shares.
I’m now proudly no9, if others in the top 20 haven’t also kept buying after July.
So your voice only holds as much weight as the amount of cash you are prepared to invest into the company.
So does this make this clearer?
Remember that most shareholders never vote, unless they have a substantial holding.
However I’m of the view in contrast to your own, that we are obviously getting all the ducks in a row for something significant.
Given it’s been months since Agriculture was close, along with Capricorn.
Then given the new appointment of David with a resume that dwarfs a lot of people’s, even at the top end of the chain, now with his recent comments: “keep your eye’s peeled for positive news from Spenda”, just a few days ago.
Why would he come out, putting his reputation on the line, by firstly joining the board of such, “a dog company”, that’s your opinion anyway?
Secondly why then comment on saying to expect positive news from Spenda if something significant isn’t imminent, please explain.
Any sane thinking person IMO, would assume that this isn’t one of the announcements today, so obviously more to come shortly I would think anyway.
So if you couple that in with the fact the board are seeking further approval at the AGM for resolutions relating to more bonus shares and options, they will need to prove themselves before any substantial shareholder would vote yes!
But to think any board member or substantial shareholder would vote such a significant change at this stage; with so much happening in the background, would be foolish person at best.
