I think if we look at some quick back-of-the-napkin calculations, if the company can reduce admin expenses by 10% and employee expenses by 20% through consolidation (not an impossible target), then the company will definitely be net cash positive. Time will really tell if they're able to capitalise on the synergies from consolidation and obtain cross-sell growth.
Definitely worth a punt at sub $10mil mcap
