I think this, and the rant that continues on, does not belong in an Annual Report, rather on Ross's personal twitter account or whatever other personal platform or soapbox he wants to use as a platform to complain about the world or his next door neighbour or whatever. I don't recall seeing an annual report with a chairman personally complaining about wokeism.
