WOW. What a farce!!! Get paid $10k just for having the title Chairperson - How many committee meetings do you think they had? Plus having the company pay all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses in doing the role. What does a Silver Service lunch cost at the Opera House again??

As far as I know, most private and government entities are more than happy for an employee to stick their hand up and do a Chairpersons role without monetary compensation.

And good old Gavin continues to get paid more thatn last year up $10k - Mr Gavin Coote - $667,598

For a business that had $14M revenue, me thinks $10.9M in Employees expenses is friggin high. Pg 53

Gotta love this heading - Remuneration Philosophy. Page 30 Annual Report 2023. The last philosophy I read was by Socrates. Pretty sure he wasnt asking for money when he did his talks. I could be wrong.
