Surely the remuneration report will get more than 25% vote against it, that forces a spill and entire re-election so then fatty has no where to hide. Then whoever comes in can order a full investigation with ASX and ASIC into the role of all directors past and present since 2018, and lets start handing out some bans and for fatty some gaol time
