$380000 in consulting fees paid to Buxton for company management services, he has done nothing for a year, no exploration has occurred which was a selling point to the capital raise, he is a paid manager of the company but getting his money paid as a consultant, therefore he must provide some outcome for his ridiculous wage, it is time for a class action to be launched by past and current holders against this dog, he has lied about what he has raised for, nothing has happened in Fiji, or NSW or any of the projects, he has just sucked shareholders dry. But by taking wages as a consultant he needs to justify to shareholders the rates, that equates to nearly $100k per announcement, he has no technical knowledge in the area? So he is an overpaid secretary that should be on $80k. Time to unite and give this dog what he deserves.
