Thanks for posting that info and it is informative when reading between the lines as it talks to what I mean by saying 'selfish Chairman'. Why not organise off market block sales like most respected Directors with large holdings in other companies can manage? Besides the scope for shonky dealings with washing trades etc; IMHO it is a breach of director's duties anyway. Sadly very hard to prosecute as it crosses over so many grey areas of the corporations and fiduciary law.
