Good morning, not sure if Bathurst meeting today Board will response to these questions I have asked online in the forum they have provided. Here they are and hopefully I am wrong.

[1]How does the board envision the optimal strategy for rewarding shareholders, amidst the ongoing success of Bathurst, particularly considering that a key portion of profits seems to be within the 'locked box' Joint Ven entity, BT Mining?"
[2]Baffled by the apparent discrepancy, how does the information in Note 23 regarding contingent liabilities, indicating the L&M appeal scheduled for May 24, align with litigation success payments of $1.1 million made to directors?
[3] The slide highlights our contributions to NZ, shows support for employees, govt entity, and NZ suppliers. However, there is no mention NZ sholders. Appears we are last to share in good times (now) and first to share bad times- why is this?
