thanks for that....so after reading it one can safely confirm Talleys have them by the balls and cash funds in BT mining will only be used for the benefit of BT mining projects (Talleys)....I wonder where funds will come from to support their own investments. No dividend will be on offer for foreseeable future that is for sure.
Interesting they talk about growing enterprise value, I would have thought, given the company trades at close to cash in bank value, an investor could believe the company is not very good at growing enterprise value.
