Yes well there is that too.
These kind of things really annoy me. I am sure if there wasn't a successful litigation there wouldn't be a line item called "Litigation non successful fees" where the directors paid negative bonuses of the same quantum.
Might have to ask at the AGM how the Rem committee (are they independent) granted these fees.
