I think they mean divulging information regarding their next few moves, and the potential outcomes of those moves, could negatively affect their chances of actually succeeding in making the planned moves and or reduce the potential beneficial outcomes of said moves, or give another party an edge and therefore disadvantage 4DS due the this information being shared.
