Getting things done in the Middle East always takes longer than getting the same thing done in somewhere like Australia. I lived there for a long time, you either learn to just chill and accept that things are going to take longer - or it drives you nuts and you can't take it any more and leave. These guys seem to be doing a fantastic job of getting the processing plant built etc - once we get through commissioning then the slower pace of the Middle East won't be an issue as then it is just digging dirt and putting it through the plant.
