    Sounds progressive with no real new information that hasn’t been announced recently. Certainly sounds like a company preparing to become a niobium producer.

    A sentence about looking for more experienced mining personnel. No mention of the relocation of locals. I like the continual mention re: actively engaging with off-take partners, linked to sample’s from the pilot plant.
