can you believe the CEO has made these representations to the market without being held accountable by the board?

it is clear as daylight they are misleading & utterly delusional comments made by an egocentric twat who actually believes his own bullshit to put it bluntly in my opinion

'hey everyone, look how good I am...3 out of 45 staff left throughout the past 12 months, I'm doing a great job at saving the company money on wages while I & Linda Shields have pulled out over $600,000 (during a period in which the company has lost over $10,000,000 of shareholders money.10 million dollars!'
