    What a mess! There is serious incompetence and failure (or worse) here.
    What were the Board doing? The company has seriously screwed over shareholders and creditors.
    No wonder the previous auditors resigned.
    I am still trying to get over the line about the Managing Director "David has built a strong track record of delivering success...."
