    Just to add insult to the injury, good luck securing the re-capitalisation funds in this equities market sentiment...it will have to be at such major discount to the last traded share price that the pain for the shareholders of being -94% from the peak SP will feel like a minor scratch.

    BOD gets/got its shares for free...no skin in the game, no pain endured.
