I don't think it will collapse, we should be close to the engineering reports for the Gen 3s and be able to provide that data for the JV. Terms and conditions can be renegotiated. Andrew Liveris has solid connections with the Saudis.
Even if it was pulled, agreed, US scale up in the first instance is critical at this stage. The sale of our natural graphite deposit would be good to match the dollar for dollar requirements of the $100m grant to scale Riverside, add possibly prepayment from customers, should get us over the line with minimal dilution.
