Dont you find it curious that the management had to point out that the recent disposal of crappy centres from G8 to Genius would not be part of the "incubator" agreement - no Sh!t sherlock - these guys were 100% thinking about washing their crappy centres through mayfield. the only reason they havent bought any is because they havent got any cash.
Whoever Riversdale would appoint CEO/Chairman could atleast be assured to be aligned with much shareholder priorities and not just for 1 holder.
find it hard to believe you are defending this management - what exactly have they done to benefit you as ashareholder ? no dividend - ebitda smashed - no cash - covenant breaches ? what more it would take you to think something needs to be done.
right now our biggest concern is stopping all this shifty side...
