we are - the bank has chosen not to throw us under the bus - we breached 2 covenants - this is poor management to the hilt.
I bought into a company who was very conservative with its expenses, the management paid itself reasonable salary and gained dividends when the shareholders were paid - sink and swim together. Now this cowboy of a CEO is paying himself 400k while shareholders are going to hell.
I want these guys gone asap - today if i have my way
