where did you saw 1m misappropriation ? get your facts right. I dont condone that bit of previous management but if you think only MFD management has done that - you are living in dream world.
The genius deal hasnt worked out well for shareholders but the previous management did put in earn in clause which genius ended up not getting.
and how is buying more centres from Genius makes this management better ? I want no part of genius involved whatsoever. where are the centres from incubator agreement ?
the rampant over the top spending and head office inflation of staff and costs is making this company unsustainable.
