In a sale, of course they won't get the full 55m, but what's the rush?
With costs down to just maintaining the listing, the board could just wait for payday (and that's not a reference to them keeping their pay packets going) and then distribute and wind-up.
So, what's the rush? To satisfy impatient whingeing shareholders?
