Someone dumped a 20 Mil order this morning and that started things off.......
Importantly just look below of how long one director Mr Wing for example has been here since 2011 and the rest have NO "direct shares" bought on market... This is very concerning to me given the time most have been in this company... Remuneration should be scaled back and can't continue rewarding directors with massive amounts of performance incentive shares, because STO carried us imo...
Remuneration has increased from $940k to $1211k, mainly due to performance rights and looking at SP since 2014 all sub 1c, this is unacceptable... Just look at this and one could conclude imo that "ROG = lifestyle or retirement home for accountants" as all 3 directors are accountants, NOT O/G Petro Eng or Geo's... We urgently need to improve this company's skillset imo....
