Agree and I feel your pain Plough, this mob is very lazy. Just look at all the high salaries being paid, money for jam and for ..... delivering nothing at all just plodding along with no eye on the prize of becoming a profitable company. The MD does not earn his salary either, because he needs to be focussed putting together an actionable plan - a timeline with dates to show this Company delivering outcomes to get income to pay their way ! Just the most basic aspect of being in business, year after year they just plod along and when they need more money for their inflated salaries, they get it from us shmucks .... the Shareholders ! Mind you, I will never pay them another cent.
